The Third International Congress "Biodiesel-2008"

The Third International Congress "Biodiesel-2008" convened in Moscow during November 26-27, 2008 bringing together experts from different government agencies, representatives from scientific institutions and private business. They addressed the current situation of the biofuels market in Russia and its outlook. JSC Investment Holding "E-Union" officials took part in the congress.
